This talk is entitled\u00a0 \u201cGetting the Good Out of the Bad\u201d<\/u><\/strong> because despite the challenges of the just-concluded global pandemic and other obstacles post-pandemic, there are still a lot of great things contributory to our business that we can and should be grateful for \u2013 that there are still positive things<\/strong> that we can leverage not only to keep the business afloat but also to genuinely still achieve greater things.<\/p>\n

Therefore, it is very important for our employees to recognize and appreciate who those people are<\/strong> and what those things are<\/strong> that we should still feel very blessed for and use the motivation and the inspiration<\/strong> that come with those as like a fuel to our tank<\/strong> and our motivation and inspiration to face the obstacles onwards with unquestionable confidence<\/strong>, capability<\/strong>, competence<\/strong>, compassion<\/strong>, and commitment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

By the end of this talk, the employees should have identified<\/strong>, recognized<\/strong>, and appreciated<\/strong> the thoughts<\/strong>, things<\/strong>, and people<\/strong> that they should be grateful for past<\/strong> and future blessings (company internal strengths and external opportunities)<\/strong> that can still be leveraged and maximized to remain successful or be more successful onwards, if only the employees would develop the following:<\/p>\n
