Because here\u2019s the fact.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n
Training<\/a> nowadays is called learning. Training, as the act itself, is now called facilitating or sharing<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n
The root cause of it all is that the trainer just trains from his\/her personal perspective and not from the viewpoint of the beneficiaries of the learning experience, the participants themselves.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n
He\/she simply wants to cover it all, make sure all topics are covered and all activities are done not considering whether the participants are REALIZING, APPRECIATING, LEARNING, and APPLYING at the same time.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n
Secondly, you got used to requesting \u2018off-the-shelf\u2019 training programs<\/a> without requesting to customize them to adapt to the goal and objectives of the participants, then you comment afterwards why even putting them in training still doesn\u2019t do the trick.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n
Or, the trainer must be very knowledgeable, highly-experienced, and credible but struggle with making people laugh and have so much fun while learning at the same time<\/a>. That spells the major difference.<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n
