This 2-day Performance Management System training in the Philippines is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, design, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate an effective Performance Management System within their organizations.<\/p>\n
The training will cover key aspects of performance management, including gaining leadership commitment, building the design team, aligning with organizational goals, determining Key Result Areas (KRAs), identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and integrating the system into the performance management cycle.<\/p>\n
Participants will also learn how to secure senior management support, cascade the system, conduct pilot testing, and continuously improve the system.<\/p>\n

The overall goal of this training is to empower participants with the expertise and tools needed to establish and maintain a robust Performance Management System that enhances organizational performance, aligns individual and team goals with company objectives, and drives continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The designers should orient themselves again on the company’s\u00a0global and local vision, mission, and values and global and local strategies, tactics, and operations as the performance management system and corresponding\u00a0scorecard should be based on organizational, divisional, departmental, and team expectations.<\/p>\n HIGHLIGHTS:<\/u><\/p>\n Vision, Mission, and Values<\/p>\n Review of the current and next year\/years\u2019 strategic, tactical, and operational goals and objectives<\/p>\n This module will guide the participants in determining the Key Result Areas under which the employees’\u00a0Key Performance Indicators and Metrics will be categorized. These areas are based on the interpretation of the organizational vision, mission, values and strategic, tactical, and operational goals and objectives and their cascading into the managers and the company\u2019s expectations of them.<\/p>\n HIGHLIGHTS:<\/u><\/p>\n Engaging all stakeholders in determining KRAs<\/p>\n KSA-EMJ Method in aligning company expectations and a holistic learning and development geared toward meeting or exceeding KRAs<\/p>\n Output: Key Result Areas<\/em><\/p>\n After the KRAs or the categories of the company\u2019s (down to the division, department, team, and individual levels) success indexes are determined, this module will now guide the participants through the quantifiable measures that have to be met or better yet, exceeded under each classification.
