ETHICS@WORK: SHAPING AN OWNERSHIP MINDSET – A WORK ETHICS TRAINING IN THE PHILIPPINES
A Corporate EnterTRAINment on Work Ethics – A 1-day Work Ethics Training in the Philippines
A Work Ethics Training in the Philippines
ENTERTRAINMENT OVERVIEW:
One of the primary reasons a company flourishes is when it has employees that possess what we call an ‘Owner’s Mentality’. Owner’s mentality is that type of thinking or mental process through which an employee operates a company or department like it is his/her own.
Because it takes ownership of the business, the employee then has that high and strong level of integrity or work ethics, the sense of what is right and wrong, and shall never let the company or the department struggle or go bankrupt because of one’s actions.
This 1-day Work Ethics Training in the Philippines integrates into the target employees’ knowledge, skills, and attitude sets WORK ETHICS.
ENTERTRAINMENT GOAL:
In this 1-day Work Ethics Training in the Philippines, the goal is to instill a strong sense of work ethics and ownership mentality among employees, enabling them to take responsibility, make ethical choices, and contribute positively to the organization’s success.
