Objective:
To facilitate a full-scale strategic planning process for the client with the company vision, mission and strategic goals statements and short-term/long-term plans as the expected outputs.
STAGE I: INCEPTION

STAGE II: PRE-STRATEGIC PLANNING ACTIVITIES
