Designing learning modules in the Moodle LMS
Providing feedback to students in the Moodle LMS
Collaborative tools in the Moodle LMS

Separate training on Moodle LMS site administration

Scheduled consultancy sessions on learning module development

Five (5) months

Recommend design thinking approaches to enhance the user experience of courses and to improve the overall course development courses

Evaluate courses and educational tools for effectiveness and recommend areas of opportunity

Serve as a primary technical support provider to staff with an emphasis on instructional design, learning management systems, and their uses.

Troubleshoot issues within the site and the courses and can implement appropriate solutions with speed and dispatch.

Explore the problems and complexities of each unique course and project in the LMS in order to provide appropriate guidance and advice.

Together with the staff, regularly perform the following tasks:

Checking open/close dates for activities on class pages
Monitoring the enrollment and withdrawal of students in online classes
Connecting/adding quiz questions that may be missing/incorrect
Answering questions/concerns related to activity completion and other technical problems
Fixing resource link issues
Reviewing and fixing discussion forum issues – students being able to post, administrators being able to view, etc.
Assisting with tech issues in features such as Capstone (Moodle issues such as timesheets, links, etc.)
ü Fixing broken Moodle links, Zoom links, and other issues with the LMS
ü Other technical tasks

Focus on course and program outcomes including student attendance, student retention, graduation rates, pass rates, etc.
