Babby is an experienced consultant, trainer, and coach with close to twenty (20) years of relevant practice in global supply chain (Maersk Line), consulting and training (NevilleClarke), telecommunications (Globe Telecom), electronics manufacturing (Intel), and the academe (University of the Philippines).

His specialization includes Lean Six Sigma, Accelerating Change, and Innovation and Program Management for Leaders and Executives. His team was responsible for embedding the DNA of continuous excellence in Maersk Line. His leadership in process excellence resulted to an accumulated USD25 million savings over a three-year period. His team of experienced and Master Black Belts has trained and mentored a total of 110+ Black Belts, 150+ Green Belts, 400+ Yellow Belts and 900+ White Belts across the globe.

He has conducted leadership training workshops across the globe including Spain, Brazil, Denmark, and the United States. His latest stint includes leadership workshops in the Philippines, China, and India.
